Lately I’ve been sending a lot of emails to other website owners regarding link-swapping for the TRA. Basically I put a relevant link on our site and they link back to us for mutual benefit.
The emails tend to be stuffy and formal because you don’t know the person you’re emailing and (from experience) webmasters think they are important. I got bored of writing boring, polite, emails and sent this to the UK Tea Council:
Hello there Tea-guild UK!
As a huge fan of Tea and Tea-Rooms I started a review site for those hallowed shrines-of-the-brew.
I was wondering if my site (http://tra.whaletattoo.com) might warrant a mention, link or sacraficial offering on yours?

The editormonkey plugin for wordpress has a typo that stops any installations being valid xhtml. To correct:
- Open /wp-content/plugins/editormonkey.php
- Go to line 326
- Change

This stops the style tag from self closing.
