Helgar? Give me babies!
So waddya know, I’m home.
I’m not gonna write about my holiday, I couldn’t do it justice here.
I shall start with waking up this morning:
Megan and sam (brother) woke me up at just past 8, thanks guys. I hung out with them for a bit, then showered, then went to school with sam (newton).
Results were: A’s in maths and GS, B’s in Bio, Chem and Phys. I thought I’d've been disappointed with B’s, but as it happens I feel ok about it. I’m still not sure what I want to do with my life, although I did harbour a strong tendancy towards medicine until this morning…
This afternoon I played on the X-box (attained whilst I was away) with sam (brother), at crap out of the cupboard and watched cartoons.
I also did some serious nerding, acting upon one of the ideas I had whilst away.
//***Nerdy bit coming up, don’t bother reading unless you’re suicidally bored.***//
I was stumped for hours trying to get the documents to render properly in the inline frame; turns out some DOMs assume that the document is as big as the container, and some decide that the document is as big as the largest element it contains. To fix this all one needs to do is to add a div (acts as an element within the document) as a container for the real content, then set the div to have absolute position at point (0,0) and to occupy 100% available spcae. This should insure cross browser compatibility, without hindering appearence.
\\***End of nerdiness.***\\
Went up and saw pad, I’ve really missed him, and he’s put on weight.
On my way home I stopped at the pub to say hi to everyone, which was nice.
Tomorrow I ride, then go see alice.
